Tour some of the Shonai Region’s most famous producers in a half-day tour that will take you to a traditional shoyu and sake factory to learn about the their fermentation culinary techniques that have continued for hundreds of years during their long histories.
At each family owned factory we will be able to learn about the production techniques and taste the products alongside the owners of each facility.
We will then finish off this tour with a delicious meal featuring the products of the factories we visit.
